Not sure anyone on here will be able to decide that for you, since you know exactly where in the Health industry you are looking at focusing on. I included the links to the two universities' colleges to help you look deeper. I went to SJSU (but in Civil Engineering) and enjoyed the teachers and education there. Hope the links help!
