All the accredited ultrasound schools can be found here: http://www.caahep.org/programs.aspx If you go to an accredited school, you can take the Board exams (which you should do asap) right after your graduation. On the other hand, if you go to a non-accredited school, you need to work 1 year after your graduation before you can take the Boards.
